Replace Selected Global Activities

To use the Activities submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To replace a selected global activity:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Activities.
  3. On the Global Activity Settings tab, select the global activity you want to replace and on the grid toolbar, click Replace Activity .
  4. In the Replace Activity dialog box, select from the drop-down list the replacement value for the activity you want to replace and then click OK.
