Edit Subscription Invoice Settings

To use the Subscription billing submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To edit a subscription's invoice settings:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Subscription > Subscription Billing.
  3. On the Subscription Billing Setup tab, highlight the subscription whose invoice settings you want to edit.
  4. On the Subscription Invoice Settings tab, click Add New to edit any of the following settings and add variable values:
    • Invoice Title: Use this to set the title of the subscription invoice.
    • Introductory Text 1, 2, and 3: Use these fields to set three lines of introductory text for the subscription invoice.
    • Job Name Suffix: Use this to set the job name suffix of the subscription invoice.
    • Final Comment 1, 2, and 3: Use these fields to set three lines of final comments for the subscription invoice.
    • Phase Start: Use this to set the phase start of the subscription invoice.
    • Phase Description: Use this to set the phase description of the subscription invoice.
    • Line Suffix: Use this to set the line suffix of the subscription invoice.
  5. In the Select Value dialog box, select from the drop-down list the value you want to add to the invoice setting and then click OK.
