Enable Access of Clients or Companies to Selected Price Lists

To use the Price lists submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable the access of clients or companies to the selected price list:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
  3. On the List tab, select the price list you want to enable access to and then on the right pane, select from the drop-down list Company or Client, depending on whose access you want to enable.
  4. Highlight the client or company and then select the Access checkbox.
  5. If you want to enable or disable access of multiple clients or companies to the selected price list, click and then select any of the following as needed:
    • Select All: Use this option to enable access of all clients or companies to the selected price list.
    • Deselect All: Use this options to disable access of all clients or companies to the selected price list.
    • Deselect All without Active Jobs Using this Price List: Use this option to disable access of all clients or companies without active jobs using the selected price list.
