Add Members to a Selected Team using Initials

To use the Teams submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a member to a selected team using initials:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Teams.
  3. On the Team Basic Settings tab, highlight the team you want to add a member to.
  4. On the sub-grid toolbar, click on the @ini field and then enter the initials of the resource you want to add to the team and press Enter.
