Enable Test Modes for Selected Agents
To use the Agent setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To enable the test mode for a selected agent:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- Highlight the agent you want to enable the test mode of and then select the Test Mode checkbox.
