Opt In to or Out of Using Dela™ AI Integrated Features

Use AI Features in the Company Settings submodule in the Settings module to opt in to or out of using WorkBook features that are integrated with Dela™ AI. These features are disabled by default; you must enable each feature explicitly.

To use the AI Features page, you must be a System Administrator as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To opt in to or out of using a WorkBook Dela AI integrated feature:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company Settings > AI Features.
  2. Select the Company for which you want to enable or disable AI features, using the drop-down list of Companies above the left pane
  3. On the AI Features page, scroll past the Company Narrative section's context fields to the list of AI features.
    Note: WorkBook functionality that integrates with Dela AI can use the information in the optional context fields in the Company Narrative section. See [link to Set Optional Parameters topic].
  4. For each AI feature that you want to use, select Enable this Feature to opt in to using that feature.
    If later you deselect a feature to opt out of using it, you lose access to that functionality, but data that was created using that feature is preserved.
