Remove Scrum Sprints

Use Scrum Board in the To-Do submodule in the Tasks module to remove a scrum sprint.

To use Scrum Board you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To remove a scrum sprint:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Tasks
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click To-Do > Scrum Board > Scrum Sprint Overview tab.
  3. In the grid toolbar, click Scrum Sprints Setup .
WorkBook displays the Scrum Sprints Setup page.
  4. In the grid, highlight the scrum sprint that you want to remove and click Remove the Selected Scrum Sprint on the toolbar.
WorkBook removes the scrum sprint immediately if it has no active tasks.
Note: If a sprint that you are trying to remove has any active tasks, WorkBook displays the Delete <task name> dialog box.
    1. In the Move Tasks to Sprint field, leave the default value Unassign Tasks selected, or use the drop-down list to select a scrum sprint to which WorkBook should move the tasks.
    2. In the New Task Progress Status field, leave the default value Keep Current Task Progress selected, or use the drop-down list to select another task progress status to assign to the tasks.
    3. Click OK.
