Use
Scrum Board in the
To-Do submodule in the
Tasks module to remove a scrum sprint.
To use Scrum Board you must have access to
Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under
Settings.
To remove a scrum sprint:

On the main toolbar, click
Tasks

In the left pane of the Tasks page, click
To-Do > Scrum Board > Scrum Sprint Overview tab.

In the grid toolbar, click
Scrum Sprints Setup
.
WorkBook displays the Scrum Sprints Setup page.

In the grid, highlight the scrum sprint that you want to remove and click
Remove the Selected Scrum Sprint
on the toolbar.
WorkBook removes the scrum sprint immediately if it has no active tasks.
Note: If a sprint that you are trying to remove has any active tasks, WorkBook displays the Delete <task name> dialog box.

In the
Move Tasks to Sprint field, leave the default value
Unassign Tasks selected, or use the drop-down list to select a scrum sprint to which WorkBook should move the tasks.

In the
New Task Progress Status field, leave the default value
Keep Current Task Progress selected, or use the drop-down list to select another task progress status to assign to the tasks.

Click
OK.
