Copy a Scrum Sprint to a New Sprint Period

Use Scrum Board in the To-Do submodule in the Tasks module to copy a scrum sprint to a new sprint period.

To use Scrum Board you must have access to Tasks as defined in User Access Rights under Settings.

To copy a scrum sprint to a new sprint period:

  1. On the main toolbar click Tasks.
  2. In the left pane of the Tasks page, click To-Do > Scrum Board > Scrum Sprint Overview tab.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Scrum Sprints Setup.
WorkBook displays the Scrum Sprints Setup page.
  4. In the drop-down list at the right side of the toolbar of the Scrum Sprints Setup page, select a sprint and click Copy the Selected Scrum Sprint to a New Period.
WorkBook adds a new line to the grid for the copied scrum sprint. Its name is the same as the original scrum sprint, with a number in parentheses appended to it. The start date of the copied scrum sprint is the same date as the end date of the original scrum sprint. All other information is the same as the original scrum sprint.
