  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

  • (2) Vantagepoint Intelligence (VI) includes ODBC access without the need for Flex Cloud, but only for use with VI. For more information, see ODBC Environment Permissions.
  • (3) The Enterprise Test and Development environments include a single database. Enterprise Cloud customers can pay for additional databases for any of their environments or purchase additional development or test environments as needed.

  • (8) One ODBC account is permitted in the preview database, provided that you have ODBC in production. For more information, see ODBC Environment Permissions.
  • (9) Enterprise customers that have Analysis Cubes or Vantagepoint Intelligence (VI) can request that Analysis Cubes be deployed in the preview environment.

Add-Ons

  • Backups: All Vantagepoint Cloud offerings include 4 backups per calendar year. You can purchase a Backup add-on that includes an additional 12 backups per calendar year.
  • Sandbox Refreshes: All Vantagepoint Cloud offerings include 6 sandbox refreshes per calendar year. You can purchase a Sandbox Refresh add-on that includes an additional 12 sandbox refreshes per calendar year.
