Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Schedule Processes

For processes that take 10 minutes or more, Deltek strongly recommends that you schedule processing. This means that processing is offloaded to a process server. The submitter can continue to work in Vantagepoint while the process executes, making for a better, less disrupted, user experience.

When a process is scheduled, it can still be run immediately. Set the Start After date/time on the Schedule dialog box to the current date and time.

If you want to receive an email message when the process is completed, select the Email Me When Done checkbox on the Schedule dialog box.
