Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Run Processes

You can run a process interactively and immediately. While the process is running, the submitter cannot work in the Vantagepoint interface. This wait is usually acceptable for processes that take a very short period of time to complete.

Starting with Vantagepoint 3.5: If you have been running a report for three minutes or longer, Vantagepoint provides the option to submit the job to the process server. If you click Yes to submit the job process to the server, you can use the Schedule dialog box to specify when the report will run.
