Review or Print Draft Intercompany Invoices

If you use detailed subledgers, you can review draft intercompany invoices to identify issues and make corrections before you generate final invoices.

Prerequisite: If you have not already done so, select the posting logs that you want to include and then complete an intercompany billing draft run to generate the draft invoices.

To review draft versions of intercompany invoices:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Accounting > Intercompany Billing.
  2. Click the Invoices on File tab of the Intercompany Billing form.
  3. Select the draft posting run for which you want to view or print draft invoices.
  4. Do either of the following in the Intercompany Invoices on File grid:
    • To display a single invoice in a preview document, either click at the end of the grid row for that invoice, or select the checkbox at the beginning of the row and click Preview.
    • To display multiple invoices in a single preview document, select the checkbox at the beginning of the row for each of those invoices, and click Preview.
    If you select some invoices and then, before you click Preview, you click to apply column filters to change the contents of the grid, a message asks if you want to clear the existing invoice selections. If you click Yes, your previous selections are removed. If you click No, those invoice selections remain, and those invoices are included in the preview document, even if the rows are no longer visible in the grid after you apply filters.
  5. To print the preview document, click on the report window toolbar.
