Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Plan Assignments Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to populate timesheets with data from projects for which you have planned hours. The project, phase, task, and labor code are entered on the timesheet for each assignment.

To enable this feature, you must have planned hours that fall within the timesheet period. Note that if you are removed as a resource from a plan after charging time to the project, the charged time is not automatically removed from the In Progress timesheet.
