Associate a File Link with an Equipment Record

You can associate links with hub records on the Links grid of any hub that allows link associations.

To add a link to the Links grid:

1. Click Insert on the Links grid.
2. On the Microsoft Explorer Choose File dialog box, select the link that you want to add to the Link grid.
3. Click Open.
   The Choose File dialog box closes. The file path information for the selected link is added to the Link Path field on the Links grid. If the file is a graphics file, a graphics indicator displays.
4. In the Description field on the Links grid, enter a description of the file link.
5. Click Save.
