Transaction Entry Grid Options

Use Grid Options to view transaction details, as well as print or delete transaction files. The Grid Options icon appears when you hover your cursor at the end of a grid row.

For transaction entries, the following grid options include:

View Details
Click this option to open the transaction's form and details.
Print Click this option to print a transaction record from either the All Transaction form or from the Transaction Entry form. When you print a transaction, you can specify if you want to show report options for the transaction report or hide them. Showing report options allows you to access a Layout tab where you can define the document properties for the report. See the Print a Transaction Report online help topic for more information.
Print - Errors Only Click this option to print a transaction record's list of errors from either the All Transaction form or from the Transaction Entry form. When you print a transaction list, you can specify if you want to show report options for the transaction report or hide them. Print Revenue Report This option displays if Revenue Generation created the journal transaction entry or journal entry file. Click this option to print a transaction list. You can specify if you want to show report options for the transaction report or hide them. Showing report options allows you to access a Layout tab where you can define the document properties for the report. See the Print a Transaction Report online help topic for more information.
Delete Click this option to delete the selected transaction entry.
