Display the Preview Dialog Box

You display this dialog box in the Exports utility.

1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Imports & Exports > Exports.
2. Complete the appropriate set of steps:
   • For a new data export definition:
     1. On the Data Export Definitions form, click + New Data Export Definition.
     2. On the Select Columns dialog box, complete the information for the data export definition, and click Save.
     3. On the Definition Setup form, click the Preview action.
   • For an existing data export definition:
     1. In the grid on the Definitions tab of the Data Export Definitions form, click the name of a data export definition.
     2. On the Definition Setup form, click the Preview action.
