  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Project Structure Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to select the work breakdown structure (WBS) element for which you want to display data in the Projects hub, in the Interactive Billing form, and in a few other forms in which you select and work with project records.

If a regular project has a linked promotional project, you can also use this dialog box to select elements from the WBS of the associated promotional project. If a regular project does not have a linked promotional project and it is assigned to an in pursuit stage, you can click the + Create a Linked Promotional Project to add a promotional project and link it to the regular project.
