Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Firm Hierarchy Dialog Box

The firm hierarchy is a graphical representation of the parent and subsidiary relationships between multiple firms or agencies. Use this dialog box to create, vew, or edit a hierarchy of firm records.

You can view the full hierarchy, regardless of your security role's access rights.

However, the ability to edit the firm hierarchy depends on your security access rights. If you have modify rights for a firm, you can edit the full hierarchy, even if you do not have security access rights to the other firms in the hierarchy. If you have view only rights for a firm, you cannot edit the hierarchy for that firm.
