Manually Run the Process to Update Data Between Vantagepoint and QuickBooks Online

You can run the update process to synchronize data between Vantagepoint and QuickBooks Online at any time between the automatically scheduled updating.

Prerequisites:

You must have QuickBooks integration enabled and QuickBooks Online connected to Vantagepoint.

What Gets Updated

The same records and transactions that are updated during the automatic updating are updated during the manual updating. For more information about what is updated, see Data Updated Between Vantagepoint and QuickBooks Online.

To manually run the updating process:

  1. In the Navigation pane in Vantagepoint, click Utilities > Integrations > QuickBooks.
  2. On the QuickBooks form, click the Integration Setup tab if it is not open.
  3. In the Scheduling Settings section of the tab, click the Process Changes Now button.
    After all the records are updated, the Last Updated field beside the Process Changes Now button displays the date and time that the process completed and the name of the user who ran the update process.
