Search Hub Records

Because the hubs may contain a large number of records, Vantagepoint provides multiple methods for locating the hub records that you need.

You can use a standard, pre-defined search or create a new search.

  • To select an existing search, use the Searches list at the top of the hub form and select a standard, legacy, personal (My Search), shared, or SQL Where Clause search. The list displays searches that match the type of search that is selected and that your security role can access.
  • To create a new search, click the + New Search option to open the New Search dialog box and create a new search that returns records from any of the hubs.
