Time Tab

This tab provides information about stages, tasks, and milestones.

Each task is described as a fee or time item. They differe only in the expected profit for the task and how they are expected to be billed.

• Fee items are billed to the estimated fee, regardless of the hours spent.
• Time items are billed based on time spent.

Stages and Tasks

The grid consists of stages, tasks, and milestones. Tasks and milestones can optionally sit within a stage. Other than a description, a stage has no attributes; it is a sum of the task hours and fees.
