Stages

Tasks can optionally sit within a stage. Other than a name, a stage has no attributes; it is a sum of the tasks.

A stage can be open or closed. An open stage displays all of the tasks that make up the stage total. You can click on a closed stage to open it and display the individual tasks. In addition, you can drag and drop tasks from one stage to another.

Stages have a name and a notes area. All other attributes on a stage line come from the tasks within the stage. You can click the Notes icon to display a Notes pop-up, where you can add any additional information. This field can contain formatted text, HTML code, and hyperlinks.

When a task is within a stage, the task displays a blue bar on the left side. When a task is not within a stage, it displays a white bar on the left side.
