Task Search Page Fields and Buttons

Use the fields and buttons on the Task Search page to find, export, and output task information.

Above the Grid

The search fields/filters are cumulative. For example, if you filter for a specific client AND a specific project name, only those jobs that include that client name AND that project name are displayed. If you do not get any results from your search, consider removing one of the filters.

The grid columns described in the following table are the default columns. You can select the columns that you want to see on the grid using the Column Selector Profiles pop-up.

Field Description
Click to display the Search Filter Profiles Pop-Up to add, reset, or edit a filter profile.
Click to create a link to this page on your home page for easy access.
Job #… Use this filter to display jobs with a specific job number. You can use the percentage symbol (%) as a wildcard.
Job Owner… Use this filter to display only those jobs that include a specific job owner. You can use the percentage symbol (%) as a wildcard.
Client… Use this filter to display only those jobs that include a specific client name. You can use the percentage symbol (%) as a wildcard.
Project… Use this filter to display only those jobs that include a specific project. You can use the percentage symbol (%) as a wildcard.
Job Name… Use this filter to display jobs with a specific job name. You can use the percentage symbol (%) as a wildcard.
Task… Use this filter to display tasks with a specific name. You can use the percentage symbol (%) as a wildcard.
Task Status Use this filter to display tasks with a specific status. You can use the percentage symbol (%) as a wildcard.
Click to clear all filters.
Click to run the search.

Grid

Field Description
Click to display the Column Selector Profiles pop-up, which you can use to customize the grid.
Job # This column displays the system-generated job number.
Client This column displays the name of the client. Click the link to display the client company profile.
Project This column displays the name of the project.
Job Name This column displays the name of the job.
Job Owner This column displays the staff member who is responsible for the job.
System Status This column displays the job system status:
  • Draft — The job is not yet ready to go live.
  • Progress — The job is live.
  • Declined — The customer declined the job.
  • Completed — The job is finished.
Completed Date This column displays the date on which the task was completed.
Stage This column displays the stage name.
Task This column displays the name of the task.
Charge Band

This column displays the charge band rate.

Task Status This column displays the task status. In the Admin area you can choose your own selection of task statuses.
Happy Rating This column displays the happy rating for the task, set by the person who is allocated to work on the task in My Calendar.
Estimated Cost This column displays the estimated task selling value.
Actual Total This column displays the value of actual time logged against the task.
Allocated Hours This column displays the hours that have been allocated to a resource (if any).
Start Date This column displays the task start date.
Task Deadline This column displays the task deadline.
Allocated This column displays the resource(s) who have been allocated to the task.

Below the Grid

Field Description
Click to save changes that you made in the grid.
Click to export all open pages of data, or just the data on the current page, to a CSV format file.
Click to output the data to HTML, CSV, PDF, or TXT format file.
