Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Scoring

The Scoring section has two task options.

These options are:

  • Allow Scoring: If selected, this permits the scoring of an appraisal during an assessment type phase and a review type phase. If unselected, scoring is not required on the appraisal and all information related to appraisers, scale, and viewing scores are hidden.
  • Manually Release Score to Employee: If selected, this indicates that the manager will manually trigger the release of the score for the employee to view. If not selected, the application releases the score to the employee when in the Review phase based on the signature requirement:
    • No Signatures: The employee sees scores immediately when an appraisal is moved into the Review phase.
    • Manager Signs First: The employee sees the scores in the Review phase once the manager signs the appraisal.
    • Employee Signs First: The employee sees scores immediately when an appraisal is moved into Review phase, prior to either employee or manager signing the appraisal.
