Select items to include based on categories selected in the prior step.

Note: The process for creating a 360 assessment is a multi-step "wizard" process. Your process may not include this step. The number of steps to be taken is defined by which source option you selected: Best Fit Workflow, Choose Workflow, or Start From Scratch.
The competency and skill content available on this screen is based on the categories selected in the previous step.

| Available Items | A list of all content that can be added to the assessment, organized by category. Hover over the
 information icon for a description of the content. To select an item, click the
 add icon.

| Selected Items | When you have selected an item, it displays in this column. Hover over the
information icon for a description of the content. You can drag and drop an item to reposition it in the list. To remove it from the list of selected contents, click the
 delete icon.
