Launch a 360 Assessment as an Administrator or HRBP

Follow these steps to launch a new 360 assessment on the 360s Administration screen.

You must be an administrator with permission to access the 360s Administration screen to perform these steps. Permission is granted on the Features screen (Administration > Global Settings > System Administration > Features. Select the administrative group you want to grant access to, then expand Performance > 360 > 360s Administration, or for HRBP users, Performance > 360 > 360 HRBP Administration > 360s Administration.

To launch an individual 360s assessment on the 360s Administration Screen:

  1. Access the 360s Administration screen Administration > Performance > 360s Administration.
  2. Locate the employee whose assessment you want to launch and click the Plus icon.
    This opens the Launch a New 360 dialog box.
  3. Select the source template for the 360 assessment (Best Fit Workflow, Choose Workflow, Start from Scratch) and click Submit.
  4. Perform the steps in the multi-step wizard. The steps you see depend on the template you selected in step 4:
    • Identification
    • Categories
    • Content
    • Select 360 Participants
    • Review
  5. Click Finish when done.

    After an administrator launches an assessment, the manager should add and verify participants in the planning phase, and move the appraisal phases from assessment to close. It is a good idea to update existing 360 Appraisal-created notifications (Manager Notification--ID 224) to include instructions for managers to add participants and move phases.
