Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Search Agents Screen

The Search Agents screen displays the various information you have set.

Field Description
Agent's Name This indicates the Search Agent's name.
Status This indicates the status of the Search Agent.
Delivery Method This indicates the Delivery Method for the Search Agent’s results. You can change the Delivery Method by clicking the link in the column.
Delivery Frequency This indicates the how often the agent will be delivered: Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly or Never.

The default delivery frequency is daily.

Next Run Date This indicates when the agent is scheduled to run next. If its frequency is Never, then this column will display Never.
Date Created This indicates the date of creation of the Search Agent.
Actions This column display the actions that can be taken for each item on the table.
To change the delivery method, click the link in the column.
  • Manually run: Use this method to run your agent manually.
  • Deactivate/Activate: Click this icon to change the status of your agent.
  • Delete: Use this option to delete the agent.
