Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Unresolved Options Report

Access an Unresolved Options report for a specific project to collect data on all paragraphs with option sets that lack user selections or entries.

Before you view an Unresolved Options report, the project must have added families or sections.

To view an Unresolved Options report:

  1. Open a project in the classic project workspace.
  2. On the project dashboard menu, click Reports.
  3. Click Select Report Type or Report Type.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select Unresolved Options.
    The Unresolved Options report automatically loads.
  5. To display the data items of all the divisions, click Expand All.
