Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Track Changes Tab (New Workspace)

Use the contents of this tab () to keep track of changes and revisions that you and other users made to an element's contents.

Navigate to the following contents:
Note: The contents of the Track Changes tab are available only for eligible elements.

Contents

The following general contents are available:

Item Description
Track Changes Click this button to show or hide the Track Changes tab.
More actions Click this option and select any of the following options:
  • Accept All Changes: Accept all pending changes to the element's content items.
  • Reject All Changes: Reject all pending changes to the element's content items.

These options are available only if the element contains at least one track change.

X Click this button to hide the tab.
Open or Resolved Click this field and select one of the following options:
  • Open: View only open or unresolved track changes.
  • Resolved: View only resolved track changes, both accepted and rejected.
Track Change Tips This displays a list of track change tips. Each track tip represents a change that a user made to the selected family, section, or product type.

Track Change Tip

For each track change tip, the following information is available:

Field Description
Profile Photo Thumbnail This displays a profile photo thumbnail of the project team user who made the change. If a profile photo is not available, this displays the user's initials.
Name This displays the name of the user who made the change.
Time This indicates the time when the user made the change.
Date This indicates the date when the user made the change.
Change Type This indicates the type of change done to the content item, such as Add or Delete.
Changed Content This displays the content that the user changed per Change Type.
Accept Suggestion Click this icon to accept the track change.
Reject Suggestion Click this icon to reject the track change.

You can highlight a track change tip to view its entire contents.
