Contents of the Project Overview Portion

Use the contents of this portion to view and update details about the project.

Navigate to the following contents:

• Details
• General Information
• Project Parameters
• Project Address

Project Image

Item	Description
Project Image	This displays an image of the project. If you do not upload an image for the project, a default image displays based on the project's building type.
Image Menu Icon	This option is available only to authors and administrators. Click this icon to display the available menu options. The following menu options are available: Upload Image: Upload a project image. Restore Default: Revert the project image to the default image.

Details

Item	Description
General Information	This organizes fields that display general information about the project.
Project Parameters	This organizes fields that display information about the project's design and construction.
Project Address	This organizes elements that display information about the project's location.
Details Menu Icon	This option is available only to authors and administrators. Click this icon to display the available menu options. The following menu options are available: Edit: Display the Edit Project Details pane and update information about the project. See Edit Project Details Pane.

General Information

Field	Description
Project Group	This displays the group in which the project belongs.
Project Name	This displays the project's name.
Project Number	This displays the number or code which identifies the project.
Construction Budget	This displays the budget range for the project's construction. See Construction Budget.
Gross Building Area	This displays the project's gross floor area.
Project Date	This displays the project completion date.
Issue For	This displays the purpose or reason for which the addendum was issued.
Issue Date	This displays the date when the addendum was issued for the project.
Addendum Number	This displays the number or code that identifies the addendum that was issued for the project.

Project Parameters

Field	Description
Building Type	This displays the building's type or purpose for use. See Building Type.
Construction Type	This displays the materials used in the project's construction and structure's resistance to fire. See Construction Type.
Contract Type	This displays the type of construction contract used for the project. See Contract Type.
Sustainability	This displays the environmental code to which the project adheres. See Sustainability.
Owner	This indicates the individual, organization, or authority that owns the project's building or facility. See Owner.

Project Address

Field	Description
Project Address	This displays the project's address, city, state, zip code, and country.
Map	This displays a map with the pinned location of the project.
