Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Platform Requirements

To use the plug-in, you must have access to the following resources within the platform:
  • An active Specpoint user account under an A/E firm
  • Access to a project with built-out content, such as added assemblies and families

Software Requirements

To install the plug-in, you must meet the following software requirements:

Operating System Microsoft® Windows® 10 and later
Note: You must have administrator or elevated privileges for your Windows user account.
BIM Application Autodesk® Revit® 2025, 2024, or 2023
Note: You must meet the software requirements of Autodesk Revit.
Third-Party Software .NET based on the following Revit® versions:
  • For Revit 2024 or 2023, .NET Framework 4.8 and later
  • For Revit 2025, .NET 8.0 and later

Hardware Requirements

To install the plug-in, you must meet the hardware requirements of Autodesk Revit.
