Contents of a Note Card

Use the contents of this card to preview details about the project note in the Notes window.

Contents

This card contains the following information:

Field	Description
Color Code	This is a colored bar that indicates the current work status of the project note. The following colors are available for the following work statuses: Color Work Status Blue New Orange In Progress Green Complete
Note Name	This displays the unique name or title of the note.
Note Type	This indicates whether this note refers to a project or a project element. The following options are available: <Project Element Type> + <Project Element Number> + <Project Element Name>: The project note refers to a specific project element that is active in the project. General Note: The project note refers to the active project as a whole.
Note Location	This displays the note's associated location in the following format: <Family>/<Product Type>/<Article>/<Paragraph Property Key>
Note Description	This displays a description of the note.
Comment Indicator	This displays the number of comments that the note includes, if any.
Last Modified	This displays the date when any project team member last modified or commented on the note.

Options

In this window, the following option is available:

Option	Description
Delete Icon	This button is available only for project notes that you added. Click this button to delete your project note.
