Filter the Project Research Map

Filter the Project Research Map to view projects based on selected search criteria such as countries, states, construction budget, and building types.

To filter the project map:

  1. On the top menu, click .
  2. In the Filter pane of the Project Research Map, enter filter values:
    Note: You can specify any combination of filters. You can also select or enter multiple values for the Country, State, Building Type, Construction Budget, Assembly, Family, and Manufacturer fields.
    1. In the Days Since Project Updated field, enter the number of days in which the projects were last updated.
    2. Select the My Specpoint Projects Only option to show only projects from your A/E firm. To view all projects, leave blank.
    3. In the Country field, select or enter the countries where the projects are located.
      Alternatively, to select a country, click a country on the map. To select countries and clear all other filters, press CTRL and click the countries on the Project Research Map.
    4. In the State field, select or enter the states where the projects are located.
      Alternatively, to select a state, click a state on the map. To select states and clear all other filters, press CTRL and click the states on the Project Research Map.
    5. In the Building Type field, select or enter the projects' building types.
    6. In the Sustainability field, select or enter the green building rating systems or environmental codes to which the projects adhere.
    7. In the Construction Budget field, select or enter the budget ranges for the projects.
    8. In the Assembly field, select or enter the assemblies that the projects include in their specifications.
    9. In the Family field, select or enter the families that the projects include in their specifications.
    10. In the Manufacturer Specified field, select Yes to include only projects that specified products and manufacturers in their family content. Otherwise, select No.
    11. In the Manufacturer field, select manufacturers that projects include or specify in their families.
  3. Click Apply All.
    Specpoint displays the results on the map and in the project list.
  4. Click Results to view the filtered projects in a list view.
  5. To update your search criteria, enter or select a new value in any filter field and click Apply All.
  6. To sort the projects in the project list, click a header (such as Updated, Project Number, Project Name, State, or Building Type) to sort the list.
    Tip: Click a header multiple times to toggle the sort order by ascending, descending, and disabled. To sort the projects by multiple headers, hold SHIFT and click the headers.
