Filter Families on the Office Master Dashboard

As a member of the office master access group, filter the families with work items on the office master dashboard to find work items that share specific attributes, such as their published date and assigned user.

To filter families on the office master dashboard:

  1. Open the office master dashboard.
  2. On the office master dashboard, enter filter values:
    Note: You can specify any combination of filters.
    1. In the State filter field, select a work progress state.
    2. In the Type filter field, select an element type.
    3. In the Assigned To filter field, enter the member of the office master access group who is responsible for an imported office master family.
    4. In the Date Modified filter field, enter the date when an office master access group member last modified an imported office master family. Use this format: mm/dd/yyyy.
    5. In the Status filter field, select Draft or Published.
    Specpoint updates the families in the list as you specify values for each filter field.
