Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Add Note Window

Use the contents of this window to add a note to a project or a project element.

In this window, the following fields are available:

Field Description
Add Note Name Enter a unique name or title for the note.
Note Type Select whether this note refers to a project or a project element. The following options are available:
  • <Project Element Type> + <Project Element Number> + <Project Element Name>: The project note refers to a specific project element that is active in the project. This is the project element that you currently have selected in the Project Elements pane of the origin project workspace (the project workspace from where you opened the Note window).
  • General Note: The project note refers to the active project as a whole.
Note Description Enter a description of the note.
Comments Enter an initial comment for the note.

Options

In this window, the following options are available:

Option Description
Cancel Click this button to cancel creating a note and discard all changes.
Add Click this button to add the note to the project or project element.
