As the
designated account administrator for your A/E firm, access and log on to
Deltek Support Center to submit a case or call/chat with
Deltek Customer Success.
To access
Deltek Support Center:

On the top menu, click

On the login page, enter your login credentials:

Enter your
Username.

Enter your
Password.

Click
Login.

On the
Deltek Support Center home page, submit a case or chat with a representative:
- To submit a case, click
Submit a Case.
- To start a chat with
Deltek Customer Success, click
Initiate Chat.
