Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Upload a File or Image

Use the file/image upload utility to upload a file or image to Specpoint.

Note: Use the following steps as an example on how to use the File/Image Upload utility to upload a file or image to Specpoint. Depending on case-to-case requirements, some steps may not be applicable or additional steps may be required.

To upload a file or image:

  1. In the file/image upload utility window, click .
    To upload files from a third-party file storage platform, click its respective icon.
  2. Click the file area and select a file or image from your device. You can also drag and drop a file or copy and paste a file.
    For third-party file storage platforms:
    1. Click the sign-in or connect button.
    2. In your browser, sign in to the platform or allow the platform to connect to Specpoint.
    3. Select the file or image.
  3. For images, modify the image:
    1. To crop the image, click Crop. Drag and drop the corner dots to adjust the size of the frame.
    2. To crop the image into a circular frame, click Circle. Drag and drop the corner dots to adjust the size of the frame.
    3. To rotate the image, click Rotate. Click or to rotate the image left or right.
    4. Click Save.
  4. Click Upload.
