Top Menu Contents
Use the options on the top menu to access Specpoint areas, special navigation menus, notifications, help resources, and user profile settings.

Deltek Specpoint Logo | This is the product name and logo for Deltek Specpoint. |
Home Icon | Go to the
Projects Home page.
On the Projects Home page, you can browse through all of your A/E firm's projects, filter out and search for specific projects, and preview project information. This page also enables you to open projects in the project workspace so you can work on your project specifications. |
Map Icon | Go to the
dashboard.
Use the widgets on the dashboard to quickly access internal and external resources such as the AIA KnowledgeNet web page, the latest product listings, and Specpoint and e-SPECS project information. |
Office Masters | This option is available only if your user account is added to the
office master access group.
Access the office master import and management features. |
Special Navigation Menus | This displays menus and options for specific areas in
Specpoint.
For example, on the project dashboard, the top menu displays the project dashboard menu which enables you to navigate to different pages on the project dashboard. |
Notification Icon | View your notifications.
When you have new notifications, this icon displays a red badge which shows the number of new notifications. The notifications that you receive are based on your user permission. |
Help Icon | Open the help menu and access help resources. |
User Profile Icon | This displays a thumbnail of your profile photo, first name, last name, and a down arrow

Click this icon to display the user profile menu options. From the user profile menu, you can view and update your profile information, change your password, view your contacts, or log out of Specpoint. As an administrator, you can use options on this menu to access admin settings for your A/E firm. |
Change Account Icon | This option is available only if you are a guest user of another
A/E firm, a
BPM, or
the Deltek account within
Specpoint.
This displays the change account icon , the name of the current A/E firm in which you are logged, and a down arrow . In addition, this icon has a submenu that lists the available A/E firm accounts that you can access. For guest users from BPMs or from Deltek, the list also includes the BPM accounts or the Deltek account that are available to you. Each account has its account type prefixed to its account name. Click this icon to change A/E firm accounts or accounts of other types as applicable. |
