Contents of the Team Members Dialog Box

Use the contents in this dialog box to view and manage project team members.

In this dialog box, the following items are available:

Item Description
Dialog Box Label This displays the following label:

<Team's Discipline> Team Members

Team Members List This lists the users in your A/E firm who belong in this project team.
Add Team Member Click this button to add a new member to the project team and give the member access to the project.

This option is available only when you have users in your A/E firm whose user disciplines match the team's discipline. These users must not currently be a member of the project team.

Team Member Options

In the Team Members list, the following information and options for each team member are available.

Field Description
Name This displays the team member's first name and last name.
Discipline This displays the team member's discipline or nature of work.

Role This displays the team member's role or position in the project.
Note: This is different from the team member's role in the A/E firm.
Delete Icon Click this button to remove the team member from the project team.

This option is not available for the project creator.

Arrow Icon Click this button to view more information about the project team member.
