Contents of the Team Member Information Dialog Box

Use the contents of this dialog box to view information about a member of a project's team.

Navigate to the following contents:

Team Member Information

In this dialog box, the following information about the team member is available:

Field Description
Profile Photo This displays the team member's photo.
Name This displays the team member's first name and last name.
Discipline This displays the team member's discipline or nature of work.

Project Role This displays the team member's role or position in the project. This is different from the team member's role in the A/E firm.

In edit mode, you can update a team member's project role.

Description This displays a description about the team member's role in the project.

In edit mode, you can update a team member's project role description.

Address This displays the complete address of the team member which consists of the member's address 1, address 2, city, state/province, and postal code.
Email This displays the team member's email address.
Phone This displays the team member's phone number.
This dialog box displays only fields with available information.

Options

In this dialog box, the following option is available:

Options Description
Edit Click this button to enable edit mode and edit the team member's Project Role and Description.

In edit mode, the following options are available:

Options Description
Cancel Discard changes and exit edit mode.
Save Save your changes and exit edit mode.
