Paragraph or Property Set

- You can promote or demote only user-added paragraphs.
- You can promote or demote a paragraph only onto an outline level that maintains the consistent outline structure of
Specpoint.
When promoting paragraphs:
- You cannot promote a paragraph to a position wherein it would cause a duplicate property title/key issue with its parent or sibling paragraphs.
When demoting paragraphs:
- You cannot demote a parent paragraph to an outline level under itself or its subparagraphs.
- You cannot demote a paragraph to a position wherein it would cause a duplicate property title/key issue with its parent or sibling paragraphs.
- You cannot demote a paragraph where it would cause a gap in the outline structure of the content hierarchy.

- Specpoint promotes or demotes the paragraph's subparagraphs, if any, along with the paragraph while maintaining the parent paragraph-subparagraph relationship.
- Specpoint moves the paragraph's notes to specifier, if any, along with the paragraph.
- When you demote a paragraph to a level under an inactive paragraph, the demoted paragraph does not display in the preview or exported files similar to its inactive parent paragraph.
