Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Project Properties Tab

Use this tab () to manage an element's project management properties and the visibility of its contents on the element form.

The Project Properties tab is available in the slide-out side panel of the project workspace only if you select an added project element. The configurations that you specify on this tab apply only to the project element that you selected in the Project Elements pane and opened on the element form. This tab contains the following sets of options:
  • Content Visibility Controls: These options manage the visibility of various items on the element form, such as notes to specifier and inactivated properties/paragraphs. These options are available only for families, sections, and product types.
  • Project Management Properties: These properties describe the selected project element based on its work status. These options are available only for elements that are currently active in the project.
