Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Product Type at the Family Level

In the project workspace, work on a product type as a component of a family to make project decisions based on related components and view information in a more familiar format.

In the Products part of an added family, contents of a given added product type are under a product type article or a product type paragraph. Product type articles and product type paragraphs include the following icon: . The content under a product type at the family level is exactly the same as the content at the individual product type level. You can work on the product type at both levels interchangeably.
