Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Open Project Element in the Project Workspace

From the Design Progress portion, open the project element on the element form of the project workspace. This enables you to quickly open a project element without needing to select a category and expand parent assemblies and/or families.

When you open a project element from the Design Progress portion, you open the element in the same context as when you last edited the element, which is under the same assemblies and/or family from your last edit.

To open a project element in the project workspace from the Design Progress portion:

  1. Open a project on the Project Overview page.
  2. On the Project Overview page, in the Design Progress portion, search for the project.
    You can use the filters in this portion to quickly find the project element.

  3. Click the project element name.
  4. In the project workspace, view or work on the project element.
