Managing Project Teams
You can add, remove, and edit team members in a project's teams to maintain a record of members who are working on a project.
Permissions
The available actions that you can perform depend on your user permission and inclusion in the project team. You must be a given project's creator or a current team member to manage the project's team. In addition, the following permissions apply:

As an administrator or author currently in the team, edit information about a project member to update information in a project team context.
