Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the File/Image Upload Utility

Use the contents of this utility to upload files and images. Additionally, you can use these contents to modify images that you uploaded.

Navigate to the following contents:

Upload Options

The following options for uploading files and images are available in the file/image upload utility:

Item Description
Local Storage Icon Click this icon to display options in the file area which enable you to upload files or images from your local storage.
Third-party File Storage Plaform Icons Click these icons to display options in the file area which enable you to sign in to a third-party file storage platform and select files or images to upload.
File or Image Area This displays options that you can use to upload files or images.
When uploading from your local storage, you can perform the following actions to upload a file or image:
  • Click this area, navigate to your desired folder, and select a file.
  • Drag a file from a local directory and drop it in this area.
  • Copy and paste files.

For third-party file storage platforms, this area displays a sign-in or connect button which redirects you to the respective platform's sign-in or configuration page.

X Click this icon to close the file/image upload utility.

Edit Image Options

The following options for modifying uploaded images are available:

Option Description
Image Area This displays the image that you uploaded.
Crop Click this icon to crop edges of the image.
Circle Click this icon to crop edges of the image into a circular frame.
Rotate Click this icon to rotate the image. The following options are available in the image area:
  • : Rotate image 90 degrees to the left.
  • : Rotate image 90 degrees to the right.

Multiple Image Options

The following options for managing multiple uploaded images are available:

Field or Option Description
Filter Enter a term or keyword to filter the list of images.
IMAGES This lists the photos that you uploaded.
Deselect All Click this button to remove all uploaded photos.
Upload more Click this button to select more photos to upload.
Upload Click this button to upload photos to the product listing.

If you have photos that require cropping, this button redirects you to you the Edit Image pane with the photos loaded.

Image List Details

The following details and options are available for each photo in the list:

Option Description
Photo Thumbnail This displays a small preview of the photo.
File Name This indicates the photo's file name.
File Size This indicates the photo's file size.
Crop Click this button to crop or rotate the photo.
X Click this button to remove the photo.
