Activate a User

Activate a user whose status is Inactive to allow that user to log in and access Specpoint.

When you activate a user, you use an In Use count from your account's Admin/Author Limit or Contributor Limit, depending on the user's permission.

To activate a user account:

  1. On the top menu, click the User Profile icon > Users.
  2. On the User Management page, search for the user account that you want to activate. You can use the filter fields under each header to search for a user. For more information, see Filter User List.
    Tip: In the filter field of the Status header, select Inactive.
  3. In the row of the selected user account, click > Activate.
