To use Azure authentication, you must register the MyPlan application in Azure and configure it to authenticate against the People Planner Azure Authentication Server.
To register the MyPlan application and configure it to authenticate against the authentication server:

In the Active Director Tenant, navigate to the APPLICATIONS tab.

Click
ADD in the bottom menu.

Select
Add an application my organization is developing.

Enter a name for the application.

In the
Type field, ensure that the
WEB APPLICATION AND/OR WEB API radio button is selected.

In the
SIGN-ON URL field, enter the URL of the login page.

In the
APP ID URI field enter the domain of the Active Directory Tenant, followed by a string to represent the application.
This value has the following format: https://<tenantdomain>.onmicrosoft.com/<applicationname>/
For example:
http://mmpeopleplanner.onmicrosoft.com/myplan
