Use these steps to create a task specification.
To create a task specification:

Go to

Click
New Task.

Select one of the task types in the drop-down list.

In the Add Task Specification wizard:

In the General tab, enter a name and description for your task specification.

Depending on the task type you selected, configure parameters as needed. For more information, see
Task Type Parameters.

Click
Save.
Note: After you create a task specification, you can run it as a scheduled task or you can run it immediately via the
Run Task button.
Important: You can only run a task
immediately if REST settings are enabled for that task, because this option requires the Maconomy integration. See
