Make a Standard Field Visible

Use the Form Designer to make a standard field visible. Fields that are hidden are only visible when you are in the form designer.

To make a standard field visible:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป Workflow Type Configuration.

  2. Select the workflow type for which you want to make a field visible.

  3. Click Form Designer on the Form toolbar.  

  4. In the Workflow Category Form Designer window, select the field that you want to make visible. It may be in one of the following areas:

  5. If you can't see the field, check to see if it is hidden behind a group box or another field. If you still can't see it, check the Fields on Form tab to see if it is listed and if not, insert it into the grid. After that, you should see it on the form in Form Designer.

  6. On the Properties panel, select No for the Hidden property.

  7. To move the field to a new position on the form, select and drag both the field and its label.

  8. Click OK.
